How do I ask the orb?
Think of a yes-or-no question, then press and hold the orb or shake your device to reveal a reply.
Does the orb predict what will happen?
The orb’s replies are selected at random. They’re a playful way to explore everyday questions, not predictions or guidance for important decisions.
How many answers can I reveal?
You can reveal up to 12 answers per day. Unlimited Answers removes this daily limit.
What do the purchases include?
Unlimited Answers removes the daily answer limit.
Remove Ads removes advertisements.
These are separate, optional one-time purchases. Unlimited Answers does not remove ads, and Remove Ads does not change the daily answer limit.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings → Open Market → Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re connected to the internet and signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
If the feature is still locked, email us with the name of the purchase and any error message you see. Never send your password or payment card details.
Why doesn’t shaking reveal an answer?
Check that Shake to reveal is enabled in Settings and that you haven’t reached your daily answer limit. When answers are available, you can also press and hold the orb.
Can I hear the answers?
Turn on Speak answers in Settings and check your device’s volume. You can also turn sound effects and haptics on or off there.
Where can I find or delete my recent answers?
History keeps your 50 most recent replies. Open it to revisit or share an answer. You can delete individual entries or use the trash button at the top of History to clear your history.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings and choose your preferred language. Ask the Orb supports English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Turkish.
